Mask Policy:

• Masks are optional for everyone while participating in a BRYC rec soccer activity, except for situations listed under quarantine and isolation.

Sick Policy:

• If any player, coach, or spectator is experiencing any symptoms of illness (ex. fever, cough, sore throat, runny nose, etc.), that is not related to a known medical condition (ex. allergies), they should not attend any BRYC rec soccer activity.
• If a player or coach tests positive for COVID-19 they should report it to their head coach, fill out the COVID Reporting Form, and follow all isolation guidelines.

Quarantine Policy:

When an individual has been identified as a close contact of someone who has tested positive for COVID-19

Players:

• Vaccinated:
  • No quarantine required
  • Recommended to wear mask when social distancing is not possible for days 1-10 or days 1-5, with a negative test on day 5.
  • If close contact is a household member, player MUST wear mask for 10 days from the last exposure.
• Unvaccinated:
  • Quarantine for 10 days. May return after day 5 only with a negative COVID test and MUST be masked at all times through day 10.
  • If close contact is a household member, player MUST quarantine for 10 days from last exposure.

Coaches and Spectators:

• Vaccinated:
  • No quarantine required

When an individual tests positive for COVID-19

Players:

• Vaccinated:
  • If a player test positive they must isolate for 10 days and may not participate in any BRYC rec soccer activity, until the end of the 10-day isolation period.
• Unvaccinated:
  • If a player test positive they must isolate for 10 days and may not participate in any BRYC rec soccer activity, until the end of the 10-day isolation period.

Coaches and Spectators:

• Vaccinated:
  • Must isolate for days 1-5 and may return to BRYC activities on day 6 ONLY, if masked at ALL times.
• Unvaccinated:
  • If a coach or spectator test positive they must isolate for 10 days and may not participate in any BRYC rec soccer activity, until the end of the 10-day isolation period.
